Looking for someone to turn this into a beautiful 250 x 400 hover! It doesn't have to be overly fancy, but I'd prefer someone with a bit of graphics experience do this, just because it's an awkward angle/size etc. I'll also re-host and credit, if requested. <3

If someone could get this to me ASAP it would be much appreciated. c:

hey ! here is your request - by the way, i edited this solely in the free online editor photopea which is a great resource for editing gfx - i thought since you make a lot of requests for them you might be interested since i know access to photoshop or other buy-to-have softwares isn't affordable for everyone (especially with adobe turning to 'subscriptions' versus outright buying software)!
