The general idea is for the site to be loosely based upon the show "Grimm", though, rather than set in a present setting. I was thinking something more along the lines of "medieval fantasy". This allows us to have the setting in either a brand new world, or an alternate version of our own world. For example, medieval London.

While the site would be inspired by the show, people wouldn't have to have seen it in order to get what's going on. It will have its own original spin, and all the needed information will be included on the site.

For those who haven't seen the show, the general premise is:

Grimms:
A Grimm is a special someone who possesses incredible powers, such as being able to see the true form of Wesen even when the Wesen doesn't want them to. For centuries, Grimms have taken it upon themselves to police and hunt the Wesen population and to protect normal humans from the unknown threat around them.
(Think vampire hunters, just that they hunt more than just vampires)

Wesen:
Rather than using the same kind of Wesen from the show (to avoid having 1000 different creatures), I was thinking of using something more along the lines of "typical" mythological and fable creatures. Vampires, werewolves, witches, banshees, sirens, ghouls, zombies, etc, etc.

Wesen is a collective term used to describe the creatures inhabiting the world, who are visible to the Grimms. They are the basis not only of the fairy tales that the Brothers Grimm have compiled, but also of the many legends and folklore from many cultures, such as vampires and werewolves.

Wesen are liminal, that is, they display two states of existence simultaneous within one physical body. Physiologically, Wesen are parahuman, exhibiting two distinct sets of DNA within the same system. When in human form, Wesen are, by all accounts, physiologically that way and thus, can pass as human. However, certain aspects about them still sets them apart from the rest of humanity, such as their ability to woge (light shapeshifting: Growing fangs, turning into werewolves, etc).

The site will introduce different factions within the world, such as:
- Grimms (whether they're actively hunting Wesen or not).
- Wesen (Every Wesen not directly affiliated with another faction).
- Humans (regular humans, whether they know about the Wesen or not).
.- Royals (A powerful royal family in charge of the Verrat — a powerful Wesen organization that serves the Royals). 
- The Wesen Council (A group of Wesen that governs Wesen law).
- The Resistance (A movement of mostly Wesen who oppose the Verrat (and the rule of the Royals).

The site will also include canon positions for the Royals, the Resistance and the Wesen Council (for consistency sake and to avoid flakers: If someone leaves, the canon character will be able to be picked up by someone else). These canon characters will include stuff like King of the royals, a certain amount of princes/princesses, the leaders of the resistance and the council members of the council (the leaders, nor regular members).

In general, these are the staff positions that needs filling:

• Application reviews
• Advertisements and affiliates
• Archiving and tidying up

• ProBoards with an original skin.
• Age requirement (18 years).
• Real life face claims.
• (Medieval?) fantasy that focuses on world building, character development, drama, politics and exploration.
• Discord server.
• Plot driven events for all the factions to move things along.
