hello everyone! we now have our ongoing 🏖️SUMMER EXTRAVAGANZA!
☀️ join us for our beach episode event! there are lots of fun activities at the resort and crystal beach for those from all walks of life to enjoy! relax, kick back, put your toes in the sand and welcome yourself to margaritaville.
☀️ we also have our very first out of character event! grab your nets and your fishing rods and get ready to welcome yourself to island living in our welcome to sylincrossing event! fulfill ooc prompts such as posting in plotters or referring a friend to earn miles for everyone on site to earn a large reward for all at the end, and if that doesnt't suit your fancy, you can utilize your phone to access the sylinpedia to fulfill in character posting prompts!
☀️ beach episode lasts until july 31st and welcome to sylincrossing lasts until august 31st. sylincrossing and sylinpedia templates were made by the ever wonderful ulla !

welcome to august! we have several updates at ZZ: we have made several additions to our guidebook, including additional lore information for those who would like to read it! we also released a story update at the end of july.
our SYLINCROSSING event is still on-going, and now is the time to interact with your fellow rpers to reach our stretch goal and earn yourselves a ton of points! it'll be fall soon with our anniversary just around the corner... so you'll need them. ;) here's to another fun month!

🎉 HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! 🎉 HAPPY ANNIVERSARY ZUGZWANG! october is our anniversary month and while our anniversary proper is not until october 20th, we have already begun our anniversary celebrations!
🎊 we have a new member recruitment promotion, which is valid if you and a friend join as a group!
🎊 our main event is a horror-based event called the tunnels, where a new labyrinth of underground tunnels have been revealed underneath sylin city. players will find it difficult to trust each other as they are all illusioned to appear as pawn enemies, but they must do so in order to escape the tunnels and learn clues about the chesspieces around them
🎊 our mini event is a halloween event-- characters who walk through a magical fog will find that they have become their halloween costume! roleplay out your character being a vampire or ghost during this ghoulish part of the year!
🎊 we now have purchasable marriage licenses to allow characters to change their last names and earn a cute little award signifying their chesspiece-approved union on site!
we have more events and news planned to drop this month and are so amazed and thankful to each and every one of our members for helping us hit this milestone. we have a collective 16,869 in-character posts on site, and as of writing this post we have a total of 77 fandoms on site. here's to another exciting, wonderful year to come!
