Welcome to Tokyo, Japan. It's 2025 and the world is mostly in chaos.
It has been ten years since London has fallen, and the world is trying to adapt to the new order of things. Registering those with special abilities, keeping them contained, putting the dangerous ones away from society. The world itself is starting to get back to normal. New technologies are being developed every day, especially here in Japan. Travel has resumed as long as there is proper documentation, even for those with abilities so long as they are registered and deemed harmless. But people have not moved on from what happened in London, and the world is still trying to prevent another event from happening.
