MEGAMAN BATTLE NETWORK 3 BOSS THEME [METAL VERSION]

A theme song for confrontations and battles. Fernando’s approach to conflict is to overwhelm the enemy through any means necessary.

Honor?

Dignity?

Worthless.

The only thing that matters is victory!

This song encapsulates this through a heavy footed opening that boasts a higher volume than the rest of the song. It represents the overpowering nature of his presence at first for those unware. As people become used to him it lacks the same punch hence the transition to a more bearable volume.

The way the song rises and falls aligns with how he questions those willing to face him? ‘You dare? So be it.' The guitar riffs fluctuate but that also normalizes the longer the song goes on. Most of his confrontations start strong but becomes anti-climatic as the situation devolves into a predictable win or lose. The way the music concludes also follows that dying excitement as it draws into its inevitable conclusion.

LUCIFER’S WALTS - SUCCESSION STUDIOS

A theme song for dialogue based threads and schemes. Fernando, despite appearances, conducts himself cordial to strangers. Pleasantries are exchanged during conversations as he tries to worm information out of others through innocent small talk.

His method of extracting information is subtle: speaking in circles, answering questions with questions. The song mimics the flow of these threads, slow at first, picking up pace as the other character starts to put the pieces together. Until it clicks with a sudden break.

The following crescendo is their realization that they’ve been played or that there’s something else underneath the surface. Once they come to realize this, they’re as powerless as the last act. He’s done nothing wrong so there is no actionable response. Just a silent fade as the thread and music concludes.
