don't mind me, bumping this bc this is super interesting.
so my first rp forum was an ouran high school host club forum on forumotion. back in the dawn of the dinosaurs, i wrote really shitty ohshc fanfics on quizilla (rip) and i was contacted through there by a member or someone about the site and they basically said "oh hey, you like ohshc? how about joining the site?"
and thus my 13 year old mind was blown bc "omg what's rp?? omg this is so cool!!" but i didn't know you could write in paragraphs for a few years bc basically everyone on the site did this type of rp and i just followed the crowd bc i had no idea what i was doing:
*picks up apple*
wow! this is one delicious looking apple.
*bites apple*
yep, it really is a delicious apple.
(is there a specific term for this kind of rping?? and kind of curious if anyone else did this? or just the ppl on the site i was on bc i'm pretty sure a good lot of the ppl on there were newbies to rping like me and contacted through quizilla.)
ANYWAY a good chunk of my rp career was through forumotion sites lol until i stumbled upon jcink and proboards.
