post four items that drop when you die.

mine are loose coffee beans, cold spaghetti (from my pockets), 1 or 2 8GB RAM sticks, and a soft hoodie. those are rare drops, though. i usually drop low-quality and common items, like pocket lint and chewed dog toys.

i know that this is practically heresy here, but out of all subjects, i very much dislike creative writing. any kind of abstract writing, really. five-page persuasive essay? fine. ten-page research paper? cool. but the mere prospect of a 500-word memoir has turned my mood sour for the whole week!

i feel relaxed right now, which is rather rare for me. it's slightly chilly in my house, i have a hot cup of coffee and my favorite soft hoodie, and my puppy took a bath so he smells nice and is soft. now i'm just going to take some notes for one of my classses.

oof. i recently realized that someone who i had previously considered a very close friend, doesn't seem to care about me much at all. they only talk to me when they want something. i haven't been taken advantage of in this way before and like, it physically hurts.

sorry for the downer. this has been on my mind a lot this week.
