WHY HAS NO ONE ever taken the concept from The City of Ember and made it into an rp? I'm talking the entire concept, people living underground with failing lights and no idea that there's even a world above them, government assigned jobs chosen only by random chance, corrupt councils that know more than they let on?

The whole city holds it's breath Everytime the lights flicker because what if this is the last time they go out? And beyond the city is endless darkness where no one who goes into it comes out the same.

Maybe eventually they even find a way out, or the secret spreads, but what then?

Idk I just think people are sleeping on how awesome a concept it is for a dystopian roleplay?

I'm talking about for the whole skin! I'm putzing with a Jcink skin and I know you can format bold/italicized/h1,2,3 to look a certain way or be certain colors I'm just not sure how to format the css in the stylesheet of the skin to do that!

I'm trying to remember how you style certain types of text decoration?

Like for example say I want to make bolded or italicized text a specific color by default or change the h1 tag so that it looks different? I don't remember the exact css input to tweak these things?

I used to but it's been a while and it's escaping me!

Okay so I understand like 99% of the terms that get used around the RP sphere, I've been around long enough to know a lot of the terminology, but this one is one I've seen several times that I just cannot find an actual definition for?

So like, what actually IS post splicing? Does anyone have any examples of what it would look or read like? I feel like this is the one term in the world of pbp roleplay where I am REALLY LOST, and I want to fully understand it so I can actually avoid doing it?

Shoot this sounds FUUUUUUN, kind of into the fact that you mentioned western face claims being allowed since most of the faces I'd use come from there! Plus also always love a good cyberpunk setting!

this is a really cute idea and I'd love to see and potentially be involved in it! I've really wanted to join a lot of the sites out there with this concept based off those properties, but they're all rl face claims, so seeing one pop up that's illustrated would be awesome!
