As with all sites, Pixel Perfect has some rules that must be followed to a 'T'. While they're mostly common sense, you should be reading these rules anyway, lest you break one without realising it!
[break][break]
01. Respect is key for not only for the enjoyment of others, but yourself as well. remember the golden rule and all of us will have a great time. If someone says something that upsets you, don't start a fight. Take a step back, PM staff, and we'll do our best to handle it.
[break][break]
02. All site content must be PG-13, including - but not limited to - language, graphics, display names, and general behavior. This is in accordance to Proboard TOS and must be followed without exception. This includes that all members must be at least thirteen years of age.
[break][break]
03. Every member can only have one account and that account cannot be shared between other members. Don't make new accounts specifically to advertise one site.
[break][break]
04. Plagiarism will not be tolerated in any way, shape, or form. As a creative community, the idea of copying the works of others is unacceptable and will be met with severe repercussions. Also remember that there is a difference between copying and drawing inspiration from - the latter of which is still your own work and in most cases credits the owner of the source. If you see someone stealing resources, claiming resources that aren't theirs as their own, or any other form of stealing, please contact staff.
[break][break]
05. When using resources make sure to follow the written rules and guidelines that most creators will provide along with their resources. As consumers, it is our responsibility to respect the people that spend their time making things for us to use.
[break][break]
06. Don't advertise outside of designated areas. Advertising in the directory (as long as directory rules are followed) and in site searches is fine. Putting a link down in staff searches or in an interest check once the site has been made is fine. Obviously, a link is necessary for site reviews. Having a link or a graphic in your signature is fine. But don't post links elsewhere.
[break][break]
07. The hover avatar is 200x300 and the regular avatar is 100x100. The combined width of all graphics in signatures should not be wider than 600px. All graphics must be PG-13 and cannot contain mature content.
[break][break]
08. With the exception of the directory, search threads can be bumped every 1 day/24h. More than this, it's considered spamming. Directory ads can only be bumped every 7 days. Avoid double posting before then and make use of the edit button should you need to change something.
[break][break]
09. Any additional rules are listed in the boards are to be followed in addition to these. This includes the debate boards, request boards, so on and so forth.

Discussions are one of the core parts of a resource site, and as some may have experienced in the past, it's quite easy for things to get heated due to everyone having different views and methods. Therefore, we have this thread to remind you to be friendly and civilized in all discussions. Remember this is a public board. When you post in the discussion boards you are posting to a wide audience. If reports come in from the community, admins abide by them whether we agree or not.
[break][break]
01. We will not tolerate attacks or bashing in any way shape or form. You might disagree with what someone says, you might hate something (or someone) with every fibre of your being, but opposing opinions should be expressed calmly and maturely. Just because you wouldn't be offended, doesn't mean others won't be.
[break][break]
02. Do not name drop, or otherwise make specific descriptions of a site, member or character when describing a scenario. Keep it vague.
[break][break]
03. If you see any attacks, or any inappropriate and/or rude comments, please contact a member of the staff team so that we can monitor the situation ourselves and perform damage control if need be. Remember, reports come straight to us and we will act on those accordingly.
[break][break]
04. Respect any updates, announcements, or warnings posted by a staff member in any thread. Discussions are carefully monitored, and if we see that things are starting to get out of hand, we will step in. Depending on the severity, a thread may get a warning, or it may be temporarily or permanently locked with a reason clarifying why. If you are still unsure about something, you're free to contact a staff member for extra clarification.

These rules are subject to change at any time should we determine that there are some things that need to be elaborated upon or restricted.
