If our exposure to the involved fandoms is limited, will there be documentation to help us gain grounding? My elder brother played Final Fantasy X when me, him, and our two sisters were kids. I read the manual whilst he gamed.

Shall the board be sustained? I'd join! My Legend of Zelda character is a catboy, so the half-human and half-Minish could translate to half-human (mother) and half-Ronso (father). He is/was loosely drawn from Oliver Twist.

Absent from the collaborative writing scene since 2013, I think a new fandom-based locale would be very good. Changing my youth to a photorealistic representation did not help my state of affairs. Please keep me informed, @iota!

Can't go wrong with "inspired by worlds such as Rune Factory etc.", and having it be original otherwise. Want to make a race of secluded bunny women who listen to the forest? Slap a "inspired by viera of final fantasy" and off you go. Lets you have a source without being strangled by it, yeah? Honestly reading the original post it seems to me that's what you were gonna do anyway so like. Gopher it my dude.

Want me to kick your arse into doing things? You know, in a loving and supporting way? Fresh eyes and all that jazz. I'm not familiar with Suikoden and Children of the Whales, and everyone seems to always up for RF and FF, if you're worried about how messy the mashing up is and want to see how it could be streamlined into something original, toss some people at it!

Gonna take a shot in the dark and assume you're writing them all up? What about you give a skeleton for the species write ups, put a few core races up, and then if someone wants to play a race that isn't already established by staff, they can fill it out? That way you're not burning yourself out with having to put every option evaaaar up, members won't feel overloaded by having a block of info that may never have a player character involved, and it makes the site more member interaction?

In general if you're unsure if something is messy or gonna be used, why not put in the basics at your launch and then expand as things go on/if there's a bunch of members asking for it?

ah yes, needing to delete and start over but avoiding doing so ha ha can't relate golly
