YES!!! Theyre getting international recognition and its super nice. I just hate the fact that knets r just shittin on them bc yiren is chinese and they had a beef on them bc of pristin, exo, and fx mess.

can i just say that xalohomorax, megalomania, and ct have the biggest dic energy in animanga rn. been out there for so long but no flexing. also will never forget NH despite closing, the site emits BDE just by remembering it

i think its generally the trend in all media outlets rn? Remakes and sequels, i mean. I think since the success of harry potter and mcu, everyone wants to create new franchise. Disney is using that opportunity to revive their franchise while milking money from the influx of streamers. I also think animation industry is investing now on cgi which is sad. It's also happening in anime industry also with Sao and basically Kyoani works and then ofc fate /rip.

i seriously don't get the hate on Kyoto Animation's works. They're literally the master of making mundane things relevant into their plot and characters and their characters are always nice whenever they try drama. And if they don't, their usage of common anime tropes are always well done.

they're one of the few animation studios that actually animate to tell a story/character, unlike most studios with cheesy monologue 4 info dumping /rip. Plus their animation is always well done omgg i think theyre on par almost with ghibli and makoto shinkai.

got tired of some phobic weeaboo in my school and decided to watch yuri on ice and omfg that anime is just so heartwarming i cant. this is why i avoid romance animes like a plague, they strike a chord in me that i hate showing. they are missing such a revolutionary anime : (
