yahyahyah! gigabyte is a good product. you'll likely see price drops if you wait long enough. if you aren't already, you can use pcpartpicker to send you a notification when it notices a price drop!

bigger number in GHz (speed) = good
bigger number in cores (more speed) = good

MoBo: just make sure it matches your CPU socket type (e.g., LGA1200, AM4, etc.) and has the ports you'll be using. avoid everything by ASRock -- garbage product.

yes! keep taking it 30 seconds at a time, 15 if you need to. do it once per day. after about a week, you'll notice that you can hold out a few more seconds. and more and more! i think within a month, you won't be shaking at 30 seconds. : )

in a weird phase right now where i'm suddenly cleaning up old messes and throwing things out that have been plaguing me for years. i'll spend an entire day doing this, then sleep most of the following day. rinse and repeat.
