it is only now hitting me just how sick i was earlier this year. i made a joke about it to my dad and he got genuinely upset, saying things like "dont joke about that we almost lost you" and i was just. sitting there.

not my most recent post but something i felt happy to get to say

"I... am glad that you are alive."

It's a little too late to be saying such things, but he still has a conscience, and it is telling him to remind the other human being in the conversation that there's relief in them still alive.

IMO the reasonable amount of time to expect a site to respond to an affiliate request is as long as the site's staff needs! like people need 2 understand that rp is a hobby, even for staff members, and as such should be allowed leeway for when irl comes into play. some sites, i've seen, really depend on their aff spaces but it's not a good color on them to expect you to respond within three days. like what? is this a business to you?
