also, i am trying to find a stupid song I used to listen to all the time when i was younger. It was probably like 2007-2010 range; but it was like a baroque styled song with a woman singer who sang almost...?? i dunno. she gave marie antoinette vibes. the song might have even been about marie antoinette. something about husbands head being cut off etc? Idk.

Oh? I'll keep that in mind! I'm pretty flexible and I like fast paced stuff- is there anything that suits that?

i think you would enjoy salsa if you did it solo, if that’s the case! jive is also really fast-paced. jive is more around foot and arm movement and salsa is a full body workout.
