I agree, nobody should feel like they have to build their site around trends and nothing will please everybody!

However I made this post from the perspective of someone who 1) is not actually making a site RIP (yet) and 2) is a coder who has no problem making profile apps haha, and actually quite likes them.

So it's not that I'm doing anything and need to be told 'just don't do it'. It was something that simply occurred to me, in the same way people worry about 'generic skins'. Sorry if there was any confusion there.

I swear half the issues with moderating Discords is having just too many channels for very specific things. I'm on one that has separate channels for different kinds of pet pictures.

This year is the year of people coming back into my life :o I'm vert grateful for the old friends and loved ones reaching out to me lately after long silences.

So many good vibes from awesome people and it's been a real booster to me and standing up for what I need/want from relationships instead of just accepting scraps.

At this point I'm convinced that if I tell someone I am autistic they have 0 idea what that means and 0 interest in understanding or working with that and its exhausting.

Just 'oh, your brain is wired differently? Just re-wire it cause we don't like that'.

That's the response like 90% of the time.
