Our story takes place in Astrum, a citystate that’s been divided into two areas: the capital and the outskirts. The outskirts were quarantined 50 years ago when there was a plague outbreak. Twenty years after that, the outskirts was deemed safe and yet ordinary civilians remain divided in a wasteland while the privileged kismets (people with a soulmate and magical abilities) sit safely in the capital. The time to rebel is now. <b>With recent events</b>, the outskirts has made progress: they’ve made vehicles, explored the desert, and rampaged against capital patrol. And this is just the beginning.
