Obviously this based in the digimon universe, who would'a thunk, right? While there seems to be a new wave of digimon hype out with Bandai shoving out a new series, a new movie, based on adventure. I'd like to present a digimon site based in the digital world, for the most part. While I plan to eventually have the human world unlocked, the site starts off with humans being pulled into the digital world just as humanity is on the cusp of holographic and virtual-reality technology. With it, awakened a slumbering virus that was not supposed to be disturbed, an ancient being known as Apocalymon. With it, those trapped within the confines of this interesting new world where they're free from human world restrictions soon find out that this place they're stuck in is crumbling at the seams. Data appears to be missing in some places, eaten and destroyed. Digimon who would normally friendly have gone astray with some sort of malicious data, attacking anything in sight and becoming feral and prone to rampage. And this digimon appears to be behind this mysterious phenomenon, with the digital world crying for help.
That's the gist of the site anyways. So far what this entails is: - JCink, animanga fcs. I want it to be 18+ but unfortunately I don't have the money to pay for premium.
- Multiple canon positions, and I mean lots of them. Royal Knights, Demon Lords, Dark Masters- you want it, we got it. Except like the Olympus Twelve because this takes place on File Island (and Folder Continent, probably) and that wouldn't make any sense.
- No stats, laid back. Digimon levels are bought through on site cash-money.
- You can choose what digimon you start with.
- Create your own faction, or join one made by someone else!
- Alignment system by usergroups, e.g. Digidestined, Digiavert pulled in by Apocalymon, Team "I wanna go back home" who really just don't give a rat's behind about the fate of the digital world.
- Spirit Users are canon positions, but you can choose whatever the heck you want for their lines as long as it fits the Warrior's formula.
- Special Events to unlock mega level
- Lines are not restricted by "canon lines". It doesn't have to be available through Wikimon or Digimon Fandom Wiki in order to be useable as a digivolution.
- No solo-digimon unfortunately, just doesn't fit the setting.
- Make your own quests, travel through dungeons. Made by staff (new ones monthly) or members, either is an open option!
- I might have an achievements system as well, idk. We'll see on that one.
