Set in the fictional setting of Nocturne City, a mass gathering of magical girls and boys known as 'magi' are drawn to this place; a rumour circulating that magical girls and boys can be saved from their fates. [attr="class","lumbodytext"] The site is aimed to be a relaxed, "choose your own adventure" styled roleplay with lax activity requirements. Members are free to play not just magi, but can also elect to live as a normal citizen of Nocturne City or as a witch or wraith that serves as a counter and foil against the magi. A large theme of the site revolves around the concept of the power of wishes. [break][break][break] system.[attr="class","lumbodytext"] There will be monthly/bi-monthly site events centered around the happening of Walpurgisnacht; when a great influx of witches and wraiths arise and terrorizes Nocturne City. There will also be additional mechanics that play on the narrative of the site's lore, such as investigations and quests for players to engage with. [attr="class","lumbodytext"] There are no hard systems on powers and abilities; most of it is freeform, and up to player discretion on how they want to play out scenarios. We value narrative over technicalities. [attr="class","lumbodytext"] Other fun interactables, such as badges and awards, thread prompts/roulettes, etc. will also be taken into consideration and most likely will be implemented in the future to keep site engagement fresh and fun.
