Request: An application template. Like a character app Sheet. If you're feeling super generous maybe a basic as hell site rules thing and something to put the plot/any events we have in.

Specifics: So for the app we can message and work out any exact details that aren't included. I would want it more on the basic side like no flashy hovers and stuff like that so it's easy to navigate. It would be for a darker themed skin for a site using RL Face claims and a Supernatural theme.

Rough Pleasage: I want a spot for the basics, photo, name, age, occupation, birthday, race, eye color, Affiliation, personality, history, the ooc info such as alias, discord tag, pronouns, stuff like that. I'm not that picky and would actually love anything made for me because I cant code to save my life.
