Whatever template you so desire, with your template freedom traded in for a triple requirement! Your template should include one gradient (although you're welcome to use that gradient in more than one place), which can include whichever colors and however many colors you so desire, a seamless pattern, and an image of any size so long as it isn't a square or a circular icon. 150x100 is fine; a 100x100 diamond is fine; any 1 to 1 ratio size, however, is off the table, and no border-radius:100% can save you now.

one step beyond your door, it might as well have been a free fall
i don't think i'm going to necessarily post the template here for free usage (mostly because i kind of want to use it for myself here!) but here is the image for it (since i have yet to,, convert it to pb oops let me live) edited to contain the full converted template!

as you can see, the two colored bars are gradients that go opposite ways, along with a repeating pattern image used as a background accent in two different places! this is the first template i've made in a while and i'm honestly impressed with how much i remembered so despite it not looking very impressive, i'm happy with it.
