[attr="class","answer"]Both. Actions have value with their inherent honesty, and many unpleasant actions are simply necessary. Words are more useful at conveying intention, however; even if the sentences are laced in lies, the contradictions better indicate what we always wished was true.

[attr="class","answer"]It's... a powerful force, and also highly complicated. It can motivate people to move mountains and genuinely improve their lives in pursuit of the simplest smiles, yet people often forget to love themselves, too. There's a kind of serenity that only comes when you can be alone with yourself; I'm still trying to master that one, before I burden anyone else.
