Hello! While my site does not fit the jcink requirement... It is proboards... it fits almost all the other requirements I think? It is an original animanga rp with many different plot pieces and groups. Not exactly fantasy or slice of life but somewhere supernatural/scifi ish? Application is fairly simple. We're pretty busy and really laid back. Activity is super lax, but try and post like once a month if possible, or more often if you are involved in site events. We're all super friendly and most of us are lgbtq+. We are very heavily active in discord but it's not a necessity. And there are want ads, but not very many.
