Chu-e Choi - 26

An abuse victim who ran away and joined the mafia. He's done a lot of bad shit for bad reasons over the course of his life. His life's timer got significantly shortened when he found out his organs are slowly failing due to some forced medical experimentation. He's calmed down from the ball of hate he used to be but is still manic and as unpredictable as someone who knows they're going to die and sees no point in holding it in. His views have shifted and now he's working to do various evil things except for good reasons now, like exposing corruption in a broken system and flushing out the real rats from the criminal underworld. He's not a good person and knows it.
