basically i just need someone to turn THIS into a 250 x 450 hover. sharpen it up a bit. give it a nice color. i originally had it looking like THIS and i really loved the way it turned out, but i need the dimensions smaller and i just can't fix it without it looking grainy. sooo i'm passing this off to someone not as dumb as me. c':
