Because I'm completely incompetent, I was wondering if someone wouldn't mind turning THIS picture into a 250 x 450 hover? Preferably someone experienced with graphics and photoshop, since the image isn't amazing quality. I just need a nice crop and color! 

And I'll happily credit, if you'd like me to. <3
