Welcome to Nova City, a man-made island set into the ocean and the beginning of the former jailhouse and nowadays, a breeding ground of chaos and turbulence. Since the spreading of powers across the world, Nova City's original purpose was to serve as a prison. The immense power of those gifted were believed to be a detriment to the bustling human society, a curse that required cleansing. Thus, to resolve the problem, Nova City was created, a massive, island city that was believed to be the solution to the problem discovered 100 years prior.
This decision would be repealed 10 years ago after the realization dawned that while Nova City was the beginning of the gifted phenomena, it was not the only location affected by it. Yet, in the shadows of everything came the birth of villains and those untouchable by the government in Nova City. Those wishing to insight chaos, gain control or with crueler motives hidden beneath feigned smiles. As a result, the human populace who makes up 45% of Nova City have come to distrust the overarching and growing gifted populace. Thus, in secret, beneath the shadows, the operation was created.
R.O.G.U.E.'s intention was always to create a sense of order by handling the powered and untouchable villains of the massive city. Originally created by the government, the organization eventually transformed into one entirely of its own. An urban legend amidst the city streets, spoken with endearment by some, hatred by others and apprehension by a few.
Through the darkness, the operatives gathered by R.O.G.U.E. have a single purpose, protect the citizens of Nova City, both human and gifted, to preserve life. For even those concealed in shadows can have hearts that shine similar to the sun.

Greetings! My friends and I have been working on a recent project to create a future site known as
Going R.O.G.U.E., an 18+ character-driven spies & villains rp with a powers twist. We are presently still working out the kinks and detailing of the world, however, above is the theme, setting climate, etc. This being said, we wished to invite people to the beta testing phase or to our Discord if you wish to take part. Presently, we are still discussing things, but we are willing to accept questions and provide current information. Anyone who is interested in joining the Discord for Going R.O.G.U.E. are welcomed to PM me for a link and we will let you in.
Current Happenings- We are hoping to have the site open for character creation on
october 10th. When posting will be available is not confirmed as of yet, but we do plan to get the information required for character information finished and drafted by this date.
- Related to the above, during the time people will be allowed to create characters, staff may be doing the finishing touches to the siteโs skin.
- We are currently accepting beta testers and those who are beta testers
will get first dibs on face claims and positions of power. We do have some preliminary plotting happening as people are starting their characters off our present information.
- The site will be hosted on Jcink.
- Applications will be in the profiles with also a shipper app processing.
- Available playable groups will be: ROGUE Operative, Villains, Vigilantes & Civilians
- Both Gifted & Humans will be playable.
- Animanga face claims & original art is allowed but does require artist credit.
