Sailor Venus
- Is a tier 1 role.
- Moved out of her parents home at a young age.
- Became a local celebrity around Infinity Island.
- Decided to take Sailor Ceres under her wing to train as she recognized that she would be performing a similar role for Sailor Neo Moon that she is for Sailor Moon.
- Artemis may be her acting manager.
- Be advised that we do consider her to be Sailor Moon’s body-double, so she should resemble Sailor Moon.

Sailor Mars
- Is a tier 1 role.
- Her mother passed away when she was young, leaving her to live with her grandfather after her father became heavily involved in his career.
- Assisted her grandfather in his small business during her childhood.
- Attended one of Infinity Academy’s competitors as her father funded her education.
- What she went on to accomplish after the defeat of Sailor Galaxia is up to her player, as well as her career path.
- Note: Here at Heart Moving, Sailor Mars is not confined to her canon role as a priestess despite having the same canon personality. We would prefer to see her in a more modernized light, so be creative with her as you wish, but please keep the above elements in some form. You may substitute her religious attacks for alternatives, and she may still engage in fire reading.

Sailor Pluto
- Is a tier 1 role.
- Is able to leave and return to the Space-Time Door at her own volition, as well as watch from afar using Dark Dome Close.
- Was the first to have detected the space-time anomalies.
- Only informed the Outer Guardians about the anomalies, fearing that it may be a looming threat.
- Instructed Sailor Neo Moon and the Asteroid Guardians to not discuss the Space-Time Door or the Space-Time Keys to the Sailor Starlights.
- Is one of the few Guardians who may know of the true threat that Deity Chronos truly has over the universe.
- Still owns Dark King Towers.


Sailor Star Fighter
- Is a tier 1 role.
- Leader of the Sailor Starlights
- Abilities: Star Serious Laser, Gender Manipulation, Flight, Projection, Immobilization
