Hi! Looking for someone who would be willing to create a custom skin for a MHA site.

We're looking for ideally the following:

- A good contrast for accessibility (preferably something not too light)
- Something that can be read easily for mobile users
- Future proof! Allowing for ease of editing in case need be moving forward
- A fixed sidebar for profiles.
- (Potentially) a character application to match the skin
- A front page that isn't too cluttered
