We gotta get to 10 before a staff member Member posts! basically +1 if you're a member 0 if you're staff.

Reversed/Revised:

If you're a Member you +1 should another Member be above you; If you're Staff and Member above you start at 1. If you're Staff and a Staff is above you +1.

So Staff + Member = Resets to Member 1
Member + Staff =  Resets to Staff 1
Staff + Staff = +1 Staff
Member + Member = +1 Member



Reverse will End... After Fourth of July.
