Ever dreamed of being the queen of the Pridelands? Well today, now is your chance!

The staff at "The Mighty Jungle" is currently looking for someone to fill in the shoes of "The Lion King” and "Queen" themselves! Our site is set after the events of "The Lion KIng II" and "The Lion Guard" and as such, they are pretty well into their reign. With two grown cubs under their belt, and a bit of a lasting peace.

The most important thing to note is that they and their pride currently have a human cub in their protection. As our site incorporates humans into the story by way of a crashed expedition. This was done at the behest of Kiara and Kovu who found him. At the moment they are explained as "away" somewhere. They’ve just returned and while he’s been welcomed into the Pridelands that’s what’s stirring quite a lot of site buzz and drama.

Looking for RULERS for a Modern Day Sword and Sorcery Site: At our site, we take a unique spin on royalty - rather than run by a queen, we are run by two kings! ARCHIBALD NORWOOD was a feline Beast-Man (think Khajit from Elder Scrolls) who was the heir to the throne and has recently tied the knot with the love of his life, MICHAEL. They have decided to throw away tradition - which would have them seeking a surrogate for the next heir to the throne, and instead have decided to adopt the next heir. Something which has caused a major stir as there has never been anything but a Beast-Man sitting on the throne and now there's a chance there won't be. So lots of juicy family and site-wide drama there.



Additionally we are looking for the ruler of the Fae realm KING FLINT LAROY who is the ruler of a bit of a chaotic version of the Fae realm. Flint is getting up in his age, and has lead a realm in which captured mortals have served as "pets" and "animals" in the realm which has caused strife with society. While his son, Kotton, wishes to take over the throne and create peace with the mortal world, including the return of what mortals they are physically able to. Again, lots of fun plotting and drama opportunities! JOURNEY INTO THE UNKNOWN

So here's the basic idea: I have a character that is the son of a member of the resistance, named Thackery. He's young, cute, and the perfect type of "designer" human that some member of royalty would probably keep as a "royal corgi" in the same way that the Queen of England does. Thus, this is the plot I kind of want to play out in the RP. There are lots of other plots we definitely need either a king or queen for - but I'd really love to play this one out too. The drama of getting what is undoubtedly the "fine life" as the royal's pet - but all sense of choice and freedom taken away since well you're a trophy. The conflict that it causes with the ideals he was raised on thus far in life. And the drama that ensues when the resistance ultimately learns what became of their lost kid. This would be on a strict "this person is a dog to them" level though, for lots of obvious reasons.

Previous knowledge of the universe is not necessary as we play very loosely with the canon.

The monarch should be an orangutan, but age, logistics, and the like do not matter. I hope to hear from you sooon!

So I’ve seen a lot of RPs set at schools where troubled kids go to get therapy and help. But I thought how cool would it be to put a spin on this and have a site that specifically surrounds an every day youth center where troubled kids can go after school in order to have a safe space? They provide counseling, co-ordinate activities and group therapy/individual therapy sessions. But the kids are free to go home at the end of the day and there could also be the options to explore their everyday lives as well.

I’d have the of course hired therapists. But everyone else who works with the kids, and helps them would be volunteers and could be from all walks of life and careers. Probably got a buddy program going type of thing. But really there’s so many ways a sandbox site with this premise could go. And I’d love to do it.

Is a stark contrast of his father. Allistair is an opportunist who keeps his friends close and his enemies closer. He’s known for his fierceness in battle, and general merciless attitude towards his enemies. He has a habit of taking trophy “humans” from his conquests, but like his father is known to treat his humans very well. This said, he wants even less restrictions on the industry than they have now.

Lioness - Early 20s - Prince’s Betrothed
The princess to one of the many kingdoms within the lands. Shay has been betrothed fo Allistair since they were kids, and sees the good in him. This said, she is the kinder and far more philosophical of the two. She is known for being a Hume “babier” whether it is her fiancé’s or her own. There has been some unrest in the kingdom, and their home, with the realization she cannot bear children.

THOR MASON
Bear - Late 50s - Captain of the Guard
A ruthless and cutthroat individual known on the battlefield. Thor was once an idealist, but has since put himself in servitude for the crown and humbled himself. This said, Thor’s harshness hides a “teddy bear” to those who know him well enough - and he is often known for his kindness. Few would believe it, but Thor advocates for human rights in secret - hoping to see them free and peace in the kingdom.
