unfortunately the answer is programmatically w/ js or referring to each tag by their specific id/for in the css. no easy way via css/html alone x.x. even w/ js you'd still want to enforce a linear order, although you could be more flexible nesting wise, which would be the primary benefit anyhow - since being free of nesting requirements means a lot more flexibility with interaction and of course grid/flex/other placement styling can do the rest

me chanting face claim anarchy in the back of the bus everybody else yelling we get it take the other goddamn bus already

confession: i’m reluctant to head admin anything for many reasons, one of them being that i will 100% treat it as an experiment with no regard for consequences (mostly the ones involving my well-being, but also in general tbh impulsivity is a curse and a cross i bear horribly and with no grace).

wanting to code my cute personal projects as a break versus being so burnt out i never want to work on full stacks projects ever again shoot me first. turns out that two cs project classes in one semester is a really bad idea idk how i'm still alive

confessionally: i'm starting to kinda actually like react or at least the jsx & oop principles, but i still hate its stupid render/stateless model and it deserves to burn in deepest hellish inferno for the pain it has caused me

pink is a pretty colour on your cheeks, a physiological phenomenon; proof of love is proof of life is proof of blood, and the debt of living. i try to match it in kind, because pink is happy and soft—and i think i am soft anyway, like a whip of cream and taffy, but it’s just not the same—plus, it’s bad for the environment, so, i’ll try to be pink, too.

but it’s prettier on you than me, and i still don’t like it much. i’d rather red, running between us, a thick river through the crest of the earth.

helloo i love coming up with oc names because 9/10 i pulled them out of a magician's hat! i frequently also start with a name (whatever fun sounding syllables i feel like mashing together!!) and then elaborate a character from there <3

there was a violent preamble to this … he’s kinda manic

there is never such thing as instant death—not when time crawls when they lie bleeding. life is not snuffed—it is smothered.

sometimes he thinks this is the afterlife, or a prolonged vision before death. but he need only look at his chest right over his heart: the skin is gnarled and scarred.
