So in my free time, I have been doing some casual world building for a new world for a second RP forum. It would still be owned by Estorica, but I would be making an entirely new forum for it. I wanted to get a general feel on a plot that I probably put more effort into than I should have, and I want to know what people think of it so far.

The document has a lot of details to it and comments are allowed so please leave them if you have any. (questions included)
Google Doc

For those of you who need or want a tldr (cause the doc above is in no way a finished product)

Face Claims:
Animanga/Original Art only
Forum:
Jcink
Age Requirements:
16+ with parental forms for anyone under the age of 16 - locked password and age gated section for 18+ RP only.

Participation/Activity Checks:

I am considering a system, where you can make your plots but you have to spend credits (which have a max limit of 2) which can only be earned by participating in someone else's plot. This would facilitate a system that not only connects all of the various plots that could exist but provides an incentive to play with others.

Premise
Cavus existed in a constant state of War between Spirits, Mortals, and Demons. Battles were fought using the energies that existed before the creation of the world, and In this war, the world was covered in destruction, death, and abyss magic. The God of Balance โ€˜Eliseโ€™ used all of the known magic in the world to defeat a threat to mortals and spirits alike. She did it with the hope that it would end all wars once and for all. Instead, it stripped the world of magic, banishing gods, demons, and spirits for over 500 years.
Mortals lived in hatred of one another, over those years, warring over land, food, and gold and in their hatred they gave birth to the God Eater. The God Eater summoned demons, used lost magic, and battled with mortals in an attempt to conquer them all, The God Eater nearly ruled over all mortals, but the mortals came together and begged the last known spirit of the world to grant godhood to one of their own. Their wish was granted, and magic was returned to the world. Mortals drove the God Eater back into the abyss where he wouldnโ€™t be heard from ever again.
A century has passed since the defeat of the God Eater, and the stories of battles between gods have faded away into legend and folklore. The world once again finds itself teetering on the edges of war between mortals. Demons rise from the abyss to bring calamity to all. The cries of the weak go unanswered, and where magic was once abundant for all mortals only half wield it today.

General antagonist:
Demons & Their creator the God Eater Kurose
Sub Antagonist:
Different Nations, and agendas that go against other groups that player characters may align themselves with
Races:
There is an Approval process for various races/species/whatever you can come up with. Technically and generally speaking anything and everything could be allowed, but some creative people assume that means they can break the world and be all-powerful and that isn't the case.
Classes:
While using magic is a focus in the world it is not a requirement. Not everyone can use magic, and instead, use intelligence and craftiness to get the job done.

I would appreciate any feedback on my ideas and hope to hear back from anyone.

Site name and link: Estorica
Site genre: Original Medieval Fantasy
Opening date: June 26th, 2017
Site info:
Estorica is an Original Fantasy sandbox roleplay, set in the land Malice. It is inspired by several books that one could find in either the litrpg genre or the medieval fantasy genre. It is intentionally cliche, but there comes something one would hope is perceived as a completely left field by adding a magically powered ability all characters have to be literally anything so long as an effort is made to be that thing and it fits in a medieval setting. When I say anything I mean anything from a block of cheese to all the cliche things you can think of, to a thunder cougar falcon bird. It is cleverly masked behind a system that makes sense and makes the being anything canonical.

In fact, the history is the second most important aspect, always being developed and added onto. Everything is written in a way to where you can come up with new things in the past to determine the future through writing the details in your character history. This is why Estorica is considered a historical medieval fantasy.

Also note, we do not have a word count, but we do encourage 300-400 words. It is not enforced, but a guideline.

Positions hiring for:
Administrators
Moderators
Story Tellers
Event Coordinators

Information about positions:
Must be 18+
These are very standard positions, there is an interview process, and then a trial period where you will act in the role for a certain amount of time before the position is guaranteed.
A specific level of experience is not required but we prefer you have had a position on a site before.

We are looking for people who will help us meet the standards of common roleplays, things we may be missing like regularly notifying members about events. We are also looking for people to run side events or subplots for our players. All of these roles would have some impact on a job like this.

We have a generic list of responsibilities that can be found here, but upon offering you a position what we would specifically like you to do will be much more refined as opposed to the blanket task and duties of a regular staff member.

If you aren't even remotely interested in the position but have questions, feel free to contact us.

I hope this won't sting too bad, but I am looking for multiple reviews if possible. Didn't see a form anywhere, so I am flowing freely here.

After running for a year and detailing things as I went along as opposed to having things ready the day we opened it has been a long journey, but ultimately it feels like a successful one. We all know what a lul feels like, but being someone who has never roleplayed on a forum that I didn't create understanding the community is probably tricky, and I wonder if I am missing one simple big secret that will have people instantly like my sight more.
I am not saying that I am making a site just for other people, but I do want to know if I have any jarring things that would make people run away.

With that said, help me do better. I would appreciate it. I look forward to your responses.
