jujutsu kaisen, esp OC only- or even a historical setting...

silkpunk, or historical fantasy / science fantasy in general... esp if its eastern leaning.

really anything with immersive worldbuilding with magic/cool tech- political or some sort of court intrigue... character driven so that ic choices and plots drive the main plot...

ok back with a more developed idea-

a dark low/medium science fantasy rp, with an apocalyptic/future setting. inspired by works like princess mononoke, origin spirits of the past, darling in the franxx, wolfs rain etc. event / character progression based, the main plot point would be finding “paradise” a safe haven from the dark & rogue technology & wildlife that now rule the planet, genetic experiments, factions etc. the world is not what it once was, technology and human hubris have destroyed everything, in an effort to reverse climate change a science experiment gone wrong has changed nature beyond recognition and awakened the wrath of Mother Nature, while the technology humanity created to help them has also become corrupted and anatognistic. etc etc, that’s the basic gist / premise, but can easily be tweaked later… just wanted to get a feel out for interest before making a full & detailed interest check

I want a science fantasy based site that is plot/story/character based a bit more than ttrpg/stat/combat based like a lot of rps I've been seeing lately... Science Fiction with dashes of low fantasy would be amazing.


Or alternatively a dark fantasy / vampire site, reminisce of Castlevnia, Vampire Hunter D etc.

I like this a lot! I've been playing games like Punishing Gray Raven, NieR:Automata™ etc and your blurb also reminded me of some of my fave movies/show like Ghost in the Shell, Princess Mononoke, Origins: Spirits of the Past and I'm here for it.

I’m looking for staff if anyone was interested! I’m lazy so I’ll be commissioning a skin and graphics- otherwise I need help with world building and general maintenance and moderation.

just a simple interest check post for a high / dark fantasy roleplay in an original au magical world based off of imperial china and feudal japan! I would want to have things like magical creatures and spirits based off eastern mythology- samurai, warlords, gangs, politics, noble families and site canon royal family- immersive and all original lore and premise, etc. wuxia themes, maybe even a dice roll combat system (optional) etc. 

I also had plans to make to make all magical creatures playable- as well as admin npcs to shake up events and plot drops. member-driven world building and events + subplots. chapter-based plots, side quests, etc.

as for faceclaims- anything anime or illustrated, with a credit field on all profiles to credit artists! also an appearance profile field for those who only want to use one picture / piece of art- or for those who prefer to not use anything. 

I've also been playing around with the idea of making a discord and having potential members come world-build with the staff during a soft opening phase.
