So I've only been an Admin since November, but I've realized there are a few things that I just cannot stand.

❥ When a newbie joins, and can't figure out how to add an image to the application and they ask you and other staff multiple times how to do it and still don't understand.
❥ You're having a good ol' happy discussion in Discord and someone starts complaining about the same thing every day and makes everyone feel awkward -aka end happy discussion-
❥ When a guest or a member ask a question and you are online to answer, but another member (who is a staff on another site) constantly acts like they know everything and is pushy with giving answers that sometimes are not true.
❥ When a member who is on every Activity Check and is constantly killing threads is making new characters immediately after they save multiple and now has 10+ characters
❥ When that same member ^ asks questions they've already asked before and when you answer them all nice and respectfully they say, "Well you really should add that to your rules". -eye twitch-
❥ AND MY ALL TIME FAVORITE is when someone joins, makes an application for a want ad, completely godmods, so I PM them about fixing that up, and when their application is finished I notice a few more things that need to be fixed so I post it pending and THEN they post, "wow I was wrong about this site you obviously are a bad admin and like to embarrass people". But that's not the best part. They rejoined a few months later under a different alias and now it's just awkward.

Hiya hiya!

So basically this is a very simple request. I've recently had two moderators leave site (personal issues with both) and I've only filled up one moderator spot.

We are doing very well, but we do not have a staffer who is great with coding/skinning. I'm an okay coder, only just learned, but any skills are welcomed!

OH DUR it's a Next-Gen Harry Potter canon site. We are very active and have a great group of members and as a whole we are very welcoming and sweet.

Hi ya'll! So basically I always suck at getting these up right away, so I am trying to do so! Over achiever, here.
My name is Lia and I have been roleplaying for...11 years now? Started when I was 12 or 13 on a Newsies site 8-) From there I ended up basically roaming Proboards for Harry Potter sites.

I currently run my own HP site All Was Well, and I am so proud of my little baby because it is going so well and I love everyone there. Okay okay but really -

As you can tell I love yellow. I also enjoy photography, writing (dur), reading (double dur), laughing, being a goof, my friends, my dog, and my husband. We just recently bought a house and life has been crazy but a good crazy. I like to think I'm the sweetest, goofiest person out there and I love helping people! Oh I am also in college and I am a Nanny.

I've recently dabbled in coding templates. I'm not all that good LOL but I will make sure to share the ones I've come up with! I can't wait to get to know some of you and see what you all can do!
