I know in general they kind of died out, but what about a demigod roleplay? But rather than anything based in the past, or like the percy jackson series (though they are definitely an inspiration) it would be an idea that could go either two major ways depending on what people prefer.

These two ways would be: One, a series of secret cities and demigods live in secret, kinda in like a world adjacent to our own? that would be filled with mythical creatures who have survived and built societies and progressed into the modern ages as well. Or Second, an idea based on the idea of Ragnarok wherein modern days godly heritage was kinda Locked? and then the end of the world has started, unlocking the godly powers and potential of all the demigods and the world is ending basically so it's kinda like your demigod is having the chance to claim their own greatness/power in this ending world and possibly a chance at godhood itself or the something along the lines.

If you're interested in both ideas just go ahead and like, but I'd love some feedback on the ideas and which one is the stronger of the two if people would want to do either.

Are you looking for a new roleplay made with original elements such as original art depicting races and the types of powers in the world, one with adventure, mystery, horror, heros, villains, monsters, and so much more in a diverse setting with cultures similar to ancient greece, and vikings to three kingdoms era china, to heian era japan? With interesting world elements such as giant animals made from disasters and large magical arenas that can warp reality within their bonds and even revive people who die within them? Then look no further than Cry of Glory.

Premise: The World of Cry for Glory is known as Kordoa, a planet that orbits a sun with a secondary purple star orbitting it. With a multitude of continents on a massive world the story and site will start on focusing on what is considered the known world. It is a dynamic world with various countries, races, factions and so on with all their own stories that can be pursued. However, one of the main appeals of the site and in world lore is the Runehenge Arenas. Massive arenas which could be considered wonders of the world that were built by the now gone Druids for their overlords. These arenas can alter their reality within, and were mde so people who die during games could be revived for more entertaiment. Nowadays these are used for various tournaments to sharpen skills, gain money, compete against rivals and earn glory.

The pinnacle of these tournaments is the Sprantic games which happens once a year, to test in various rounds of different competitions voted on by a council, there is always a best team, and a best individual who are gifted Ruby Laurels. While wars and armies still exist these games serve as  good way for countries as well as indvidiuals to show their power and often is used to settle disagreements through betting.

Notable things: The site isn't up yet, but will be soon, we have a discord for people to chat and learn more lore so they can prepare characters there will be a link to it at the bottom if you're interested.  This site has room for alot of character types due to the wide culture range and original races that allow anything for things that are like humans, orcs, bug people, plant people, centaurs, angels, yokai and ect with the rnge the races cover. There will be art for each races done by an on-site artist, and lot of work will be put in to hve all original content on the site to help understand the world and give it an aesthetic. (you can still use faceclaims for other things and the art is to help show what kinds of face claims work best for each race, though original art for your own characters is also fine)

I have three ideas I wanted to share real quick, want to know which one seems the most interesting

So, what about a site of Dysto-punk fantasy? Basically meaning elements of cyber-punk, Bio-punk, Chem-punk and so on, mixed with a little fantasy and taking place in a stateless place, basically, states and societies would be formed during site plot and from player interaction

A fantasy world where wars aren't fought by armies, but instead by heroes, inspired by league there would be a type of game/test of skill, strength, and smarts. People could be aligned with nations, but if you have a personal stake, you can also enter I imagine. Wouldn't be really system heavy, the only template might be to help people list and share their powers and equipment. Probably would have an onsite currency to buy more things or ect

Finally, a sci-fi site that follows the idea of people genetically altering humans with animal DNA and sending them to live on planets where they must survive for entertainment. I imagine people could also play as hunters who are either independent or hired individuals on the planet who make it hard for each other and the mutated humans for the sake of money, entertainment or glory.

Western Fantasy Rp anyone? Maybe even Sci-fi Fantasy depending on the setting that gets made.

I have three major rp ideas I wanted to see if people were interested in, will give a brief summary of all three and just tell me what you like either on here or through messages.

1. An Rp inspired by MOBAs were people make a character who fights in a world between the multiverse, you have SKINS which are basically different versions of you from the multiverse. You can swap to them to use their power and gear and the site would focus around exploring this world, with various game inspired modes to practice on the site.

2. A fully original fantasy rp that takes place on a continent with magic arenas, where people compete in various magical games for glory. The site would focus on life in this ancient period, build your story and go from a peasant to a glorious king, or make a wandering warrior who goes through the lands testing the warriors. This is an rp for those wishing to try combat but also much more as there will be plenty of stories and plots run by staff to help fullfil your itch wether it be for action, drama, mystery, horror or more.

3. A Sci-fi Survival RP inspired by game shows. Players will make one of three different types of characters that changes how you compete in this game and how you work compared to others. It would take place on an alien planet were people would watch you try to survive on this planet, deal with each other and the threats that they send your way. You would either be A Hunters (Human with hi-tech gear, cyborgs, maybe physic), Survivalists (Mutated Human-Animal hybrids which adapt to their environments) and Zealots (Humans who wield Ancient alien tech that grants them powers at the cost of it being their sole focus)

Hey, this might seem a bit broad but im looking for someone who could join the staff of my team for a site i'm working on. Someone who can do general site coding and could also help format things on the site to make everything look nice and cleaner. You don't have to be an rper on the site if you don't want too, but if you are someone looking to join a site to code for and rp on here is a brief summary of the site:

An original Fantasy in an era akin to the mythical era of our own world (ancient Greece, Egypt, ect) It has original races along with new interpretations of existing ones like humans and orcs. We have a site artist who will draw concept designs of all the races and a map made to go along with and show off the world. For reference there would not only be magic, but also the uses of spirit (Qi, or Chakra essentially), and for site plot, it would mostly be driven by players and their characters combined with site events. One of the main draws to the story would be The Sprantic Games, Think fantasy Olympics.

The Sprantic games would be an annual event on the site, but to get there people would qualify by participating in lower league games that happen through the year, basically meaning that one of the largest parts of rp on the site would be participating in Arena Games, usually of fantastic proportions such as full-on naval battles, races through changing landscapes, and even one-on-one combat atop pillars.

THe entire site would be Original Content, I'm making a map with a program, and an artist is even drawing concept art of the races so people can really see what these unique species are like and how they are differentiated between their variants.
