Greetings, Pixel Perfect
I've come out of the shadows to address recent events. I feel that although one situation isn't big enough to create this, a strict reminder of the rules is necessary. I don't want confusion and I want us all to be on the same page: Pixel Perfect intends on bringing
everyone together. We as Staff members strive to create a positive, welcoming and promoting environment to all of our roleplayers regardless of any personal distinctions. We want to make this place a comfortable home to everyone who partakes where we focus on the aspects of animanga roleplay writing, designing and coding.
With our mission statement in mind, this means that we need to be extremely strict on some aspects of our community. In this thread, we will go over the rules surrounding public claims & witchhunting - two terms that follow two routes and create one,
undesired result: drama & conflict. Due to this, we as Staff have agreed that it is
NOT ALLOWED in our community - at all.
That doesn't mean you cannot accuse someone of something or try to resolve any cases of theft or poor behaviour! It only means that when you do, it can't be public and it has to be with our Staff on the site. Make sure when you handle these cases to take the following steps:
1. Gather evidence, context and any further information that will assist our Staff in solving the case.
2. Add every Staff member into the conversation: There's a convenient button on our Site's homepage that does it in the banner of our site's theme.
3. Be calm, polite and respectful. Poor behaviour makes our job harder and may even get you in trouble.
4. Do not involve people who need not be involved. If they were there, know of information or have anything beneficial to add then you may include them.
Remember that we want to help you as well as the rest of the forum, but it has to be done correctly if we are to progress as a community. When these steps are taken, we can act swiftly and drama-free because we know that we have the situation under control. Any infractions of this rule
can result in a timed ban. For further questions and/or concerns, please contact Staff.
