Authority isn't always what it claims to be. cause- well I found out in doing so and bringing up real issues and solutions that our vp of our whole branch didn't like that. So he literally threw a temper tantrum and has basically threatened people to keep me down. How dare I know our state laws and he's breaking them, lol. Sucks, but just gotta go in and work my days. No more fun for me. Found out that my team lead is a doll and he gave me hugs today. Like the people in charge think it's hilarious but they can't do anything but silently support me and it's kind of a reoccurring trend lately and dang. There's so many good people out there and I feel bad that they have to keep silent but I'm honestly tired of being the chew toy. So self-care is just going to be to work my job until I get a better one.
