Idk if I can do one of these or how to rather so I'll just throw this up and see if it gets responses. I think that's how it works. I don't have any flashy graphics or attention getters but hey. I've had two different high schools in the past, but am thinking of reopening one of them, so here's the pitch, if enough people are interested, then I'll do it. First things first, it'd have to be proboards because I cannot function on jcink. I have never run jcink, I have never used jcink. I don't know how the admin panel works or anything about it. Not that I can't learn but I simply do not have the brain capacity here in 2022. While I know proboards tos has problems, hear me out. It will not be strictly proboards. Most of the unfriendly tos stuff will be taken to discord. We're gonna go full mixed media. I've never done a project like this before, but we can see how it works out. So now onto the site idea itself. Aurora Academy is a special school filled with extraordinary students with exceptional gifts. Hidden away from humanity, just off the small town of Silver Falls, this prestigious school is really all anyone could ask for. The students will learn how to manage and control their gifts, and perhaps even learn new ones. But even the greatest places on earth hide some dark secrets. Maybe, just maybe, a few will come to light. This is the old advertisement so things can change as it progresses as an idea. Basically, it is a boarding school for 'gifted' kids, because I am super freaking unoriginal okay? However, the very important piece of information that lingers there, is that each and every student, and even the staff, has some dark secret, some horrible piece of history that they've contributed to. This is where problems with the tos comes in, but it can be avoided on site directly and kept privately off site. The truth behind it is, each of these students have a certain darkness in their soul, and it powers something hidden away beneath the school that slowly but surely feeds off of their negative energies. The plot itself will move and progress over time, changing with the member base. There is no set combat, and things are pretty open. If anyone is interested, just reply here or send me a pm or whatever you like. If you've got questions or suggestions, I'll take that too. By no means is it going to be slice of life exactly, not that I frown on that, but drama is where it's at. There will be cliques of characters, it's high school so that's a given. Members will be expected not to fall into actual drama or cliques, it just isn't tolerated. Anyways. Let me know I guess? <3 |
