Terra is a planet not dissimilar to ours. It has carbon-based life forms, oxygen, and even gravity! [break][break] What sets the world of Terra apart from ours is the existence of magic in the form of Originium Arts, magic borrowed from the energy of the mineral of its namesake, Originium. All Terrans have a natural ability to manipulate Arts, and many people are capable of even basic forms of Arts. [break][break] Arknights characters have similar features to us humans, but there are a few key differences. Characters can range from having small animal characteristics (ears, tails, etc.) to being full-on anthropomorphic. Most of these races are called Ancients. [break][break] Terra is a science fiction, dystopian society with elements of high fantasy.
