"It takes nothing to join the crowd. It takes everything to stand alone."
The longer I staff the harder it is for me to remain impartial to members. I feel like favoritism is somewhat okay when it's a choice between a consistent member you know will stick around and a member that just comes and goes.

I have to forcibly remind myself that being fair and impartial is ultimately for the best regardless of what you "think" will happen.

I have been try-harding my welcoming game. If someone joins, I want them to feel welcomed, so I work hard on that! Even if they don't stay, everyone deserves a nice, warm and happy welcome. ^-^

Love this. I've been trying the same in my server. I think it's the little things that can go a long way especially when joining a community where you feel like you don't know many people.

Sometimes it feels like people just want to be a Karen and complain about everything you do, no matter how much you try your best.

When I first read this, I read Korean. I had so many questions and wondered why it had so many likes lol
