good things that happened today: got out of work early, went to a christmas party with the best yankee swap gift, and after four days of having to carry a 90lbs dog up a steep flight of stairs, he did it all by himself.

bad things that happened today: that sickness that's been lurking for weeks finally struck. sore throat, bad cough, and losing my voice.

if i had to, i could listen to one playlist for the rest of my life.
i'm glad spotify doesn't have a way of just how many times i've listened to it on repeat
but that shit? that's some good shit

frito update: he's home, resting, and hopefully will start getting better within the next few days. just as long as i don't have to keep carrying a 90lbs dog up the stairs i'm good...

on another note, i just got the most adorable sibling idea and i'm... sad.

broke down at work because i'm a weak little binch and just wanna go home and cuddle with the dog. uwu

pup's having a rough of it again, so off to the vet he goes.

pup fell down the stairs this morning, and i'm pretty sure he's got a bad case of vertigo
tried taking him out to potty when i got home, and he had a melt down.
my poor cornchip's having a rough few months.

when the fic you thought had died suddenly updates with two chapters
but you tell yourself to wait to read them till ur friend who got you into said fic can read it along with you
so you put the feelsy playlist on repeat and vibrate with excitement

i love when a wave of insecurity washes over me and i gotta take a hot second and step back from everything

time to play some smash and fall off in more ridiculous ways!

it's gonna be a long week next week when everyone expects packages to be delivered and they wait too long c':

from someone who works in shipping, if you plan to send anything across the country, plan for at least a week in advanced. so say, cali --> nh = five business days. so, next thursdays' your best bet to get packages out for there.
