it's one of those weekends where i want to do absolutely nothing and honestly? i think i need it after the last few weekends i've had full of insanity. after work calls for some chill gaming and maybe picking up a new game on my way home from work. [thinking emoji]

the problem with taking a break from everything is feeling completely overwhelmed while staring at your to-do list.
i've found when i get like this, it's easier to see is someone wants to toss me in a direction instead of flailing about.
but then that means figuring out who wouldn't be bothered by something like that...
hello brain please start working for me soon

i swear the dog knows i'm going away for the weekend, since from last night to today, he keeps whining at me and i feel so bad for the baby.

also, debating on replying one last time to this one thread, but sobbing bc not being able to do anything else till monday night or tuesday.

my brain for the past two days has been "you're leaving for a few days and everyone's gonna forget about you"
so, to retaliate against my brain, i watched a mini-series and listened to a new music group i found.
take that, invasive thoughts

i'm still feeling mentally exhausted from the past weekend.
my coworker says: maybe we should bring you out more.
i mean... it doesn't work like that when your brain gets overstimulated.
i think i need a week off from just two days of being around so many people lmao
