was gonna come home and write some.
but i'm almost to summer in stardew and i feel like dropping all my time into that instead

some days i just rly wanna fall off the face of the urf.
those kinda days i pull open stardew valley and pour my life into it to make me feel better.

idk it might not be a big deal but damn am i proud of myself

it was over 60f today, and will stick right around there until tomorrow where it drops all the way down back to the 20f's.

depending on your operating system, and how much/if you wanna dish out any money for it, photoshop or gimp are the go to for most operating systems, but mac has a cheaper almost-photoshop knock off that i've been using since it came out (to date it, it was like 10 years ago and the program was free. but in that 10 years, it's only gone up to like $30 which ain't bad for a decent photo editor)

over the small winter break, i've dove into remaking all my graphics... which means icons + hovers of all the current ocs i have...
it's almost therapeutic, and reminded me how much i missed iconning before work completely took over my life.
hoping for the new year, i can go back to doing all the things i love: graphics making + writing, because boy did i miss it.

why is it the holiday season when i finally have the muse to write, but work has me all up anxiety-filled and unable to focus lihkrsjbd

there's a certain victory in knowing you.. might have finally broken through a muse that's been quiet for literal months.
used to only be able to do less than 200 words with them, then suddenly nearly 400 words and i'm feeling pretty damn good.
