A: Probably pay off my rent for the next good while before I got my bearings. I'm not really motivated by money- I enjoy being able to not worry about finances, especially in times like this where it's really a blessing to have a job at all. I know I definitely wouldn't quit my job- I bust my ass to get to one where I'm paid well -and- I love the work and I'm not throwing that away. Probably a college fund for baby or something.

If we're talking absolutely ridiculous amounts of Uncle Moneybags- use it fund my hobby/career as quirky but immensely wealthy adventuring treasure hunter. May descend into villainy and construct some dungeons yknow. Rich madman things. Oh, and chinchilla!

Putting out the feelers for an upcoming Golden Sun RP.

The premise is set ten years after the ending of the Lost Age, ignoring the third game for the most part. After the events of the Golden Sun, alchemy has returned to the world in full force. More and more people are becoming Adepts, and the world is beginning to progress and flourish once more. While the entirety of Weyard is available, people are welcome to explore the possibilities of a changing world how they see fit.

Characters will play OC adepts or non adepts. There will be some rpg elements in the use of a site shop to buy out different psynergy and inventory, and collectibles from the series are the prizes for playing. Aside from Dungeon threads that can be modded, everything is freeform though, so the goal is for this to inform the story than dictate by statistics (which don'te xist). I'd aim for this to be a simple single app experience, laid back, and feeding into the nostalgia of the game (Golden Sun isn't a very i]complicated[/i] series, so it can easily scratch the itch for some medieval- preindustrial magic knight adventures. There's only loose hints of a world plot, because who knows what stories people will weave with these new settings- both slice of (adventuring adept)life and plot driven as people form their 'parties', with events spotlighting certain areas every so often. Granted, but the hippo is only small in comparison to the gigantic oversized palm trees that have erupted from the floor of your bedroom. The damage is frustrating and ceiling ruined.

I wish for the worlds best grilled cheese.

Hey everyone! This is a staff search for this interest check.

Premise:
In an effort to finally determine who is the "very best" trainer in the world, the first annual Pokemon World Series has been launched. Challengers represent their regional league, receive support from their sponsors, and compete in order to raise their individual rank. Face down other rival trainers in Star Battles, and climb the ladder. The world is watching, you've come this far- will you be the very best like no one ever was?

Pokemon Stars is intended to be a mix of slice of life RP based around the life of a celebrity trainer in the Pokemon universe. Compete against another player to a contest battle on national television, or fill the stadium as you face your rival in a Dynamax battle, all the while navigating the adoration of fans, the weight of your Region's honor, and the demands of your sponsors!

Staff Search:
Currently in the search for 2-3 Moderators! Passing familiarity with Discord and JCink (or the willingness to learn!) needed. Standard responsibilities include Approvals, Mod Requests and Ads. The site emphasizes a lot of autonomy, so ‘on demand’ tasks are few. The ideal staff would be enthusiastic but laidback- RL takes precedent and the goal is a relaxing hobby!

There's no wild threads, breeding or farming systems for this site. Majority of work is making choices on character builds and unlocking enough points to add anything you want in the future. this does mean less forced balancing or gate keeping, hence the move from 'win loss' and emphasis on freeform. It's entirely possible to enjoy the site without focusing on the battle system. Site's emphasis is on lowkey sandboxing within the premise, with options for mod or member initiated events!

Hey everyone! Decided to follow up on this now that life has settled down a bit!
 

Premise:

Details
Actual battles are freeform, with the specifics determined by the writers involved. Wins and losses weigh less, as participation increased both Challenger's ranking (winners only receive a slightly higher base point reward for their exhibition matches, so winning isn't everything!). Characters can be created with Trainer Powers (mega evolution, Z-move users, type specialist etc.) that increase the points they earn when activated in Exhibitions, and can earn more as they compete thanks to their sponsor's favor!

Only the best would be endorsed by their region to enter the World Series! In terms of balancing, rule-of-cool/super smash bros rule are factored in. Any 'normal' pokemon can be used effectively, so get ready for legendary fights between Eevee's and Dragonites.

No one can agree on what a Pokemon Master is, so expect competition to come in different forms. Trainers can initiate a Star Battle between one another, broadcasting their battle to the world!

OOC- any designated "Star Battle" can be created between two players, pitting their characters in chosen fighting style, utilizing the Vs Seeker, whose functions have been updated for this competition.

Finally, determine your character's initial sponsor! You represent your region, but your sponsor determines your perks and resources available. Will the Aether Foundation support you with an Ultra Beast? Or will Macro Cosmos unlock a G-Max pokemon for you? Maybe the Indigo Plateau has pulled the strings to help you register another pokemon to your team?
