stressed, depressed, and probably not well-dressed
Considering I worked in tech support, when I do have to call I'm genuinely nice and empathetic, just to give them a few minutes of peace at work. This dude was super nice though I think I spooked him when I just started cursing in pain because kittens thought my legs were trees. I'm pretty sure he wanted pictures of them- cause he adores orange cats apparently.
Please take them.
Also at this point, I'm sorely tempted to write a blog on raising kittens and cats in general, cause the amount of questions my neighbors give me about these 'strange cats' (When the behavior isn't all that strange) is staggering.
If your cat licks concrete, they have an iron deficiency. It's not weird, it's a warning sign. Give your cats something high in iron. What do you ask, go to the meat market and get some chicken livers. Best thing. And yes, it's disgusting- if that isn't what you eat normally, but it's either that or go to the vet to get some iron shots- which can cost you a lot more than a few minutes of discomfort and is a cheap solution.
Cats sleeping against walls is not uncommon. However, if your cat is consistently laying their head against a wall, or putting pressure on their head, it's often a brain problem. Go get your cat scanned.
Etc, etc.
