  • My ADHD has entrapped me in a never-ending cycle of starting but never finishing new build projects in games like Valheim and Enshrouded, yet, everytime I see someone drop beautiful screenshots of their lovely home, I feel the itch to hop back onto my game to try to build something despite having the architectural sense of a literal potato, so it'll never be finished (I attempted to build a castle on top of a large mountain only to severely miscalculate how large the base would be so now it's a castle and a half hanging precariously off the peak)

  • The new gear dye channels annoucement for FFXIV only makes me despair knowing Guild Wars 2 has done it 10+ years ago, and it's still better.

  • I'm so scared getting into Lies of P, not because I completely suck at Souls-like games, but because I'm going to completely fall in love with its narrative and ambience, so much that I'm going to harbour second thoughts about my current site-to-be and I sit in a perpetual cycle of "but what if? but i already did so much, but what if???"

  • My Jinzhou exploration progress in WuWa has been stuck at 99% and I cannot for the life of me, find that last 1%. I have not played the game for 3 days out of utter, petty rage.

  • PF and MOC in Honkai: Star Rail continues to mock me for not rolling for Aventurine

  • The debate about having a female protagonist in P5 and how ATLUS basically said, "Narrative doesn't work out for a female lead" still keeps me up at night

  • The 30% price mark-up on video games here in Aussieland is killing me

Never once in my life would I have considered purchasing a snuggie (or "oodie" as they're called here) but the Australian winter coupled with most homes here not being well-insulated has made me break all vows of high fashion.

They're arriving tomorrow and I can't wait.

Also considering forking out money for a snuggie like the above for when my cat gets here.

Something based on the Yatagarasu novel series (also see the currently airing anime: Karasu wa Aruji wo Erabanai/The Raven Does Not Choose Its Master) with its incredibly interesting lore mixed with some gritty Game of Thrones court politics.

A couple of lore beats to whet your appetite on:

  • People in this world are called ravens, where they can shapeshift between their human form and a large, three-legged raven form. Their third leg in this form allows them to shift back into their human selves.

  • Ravens are separated in a caste system: from court ravens (adjacent to being a noble), to hill ravens (commoners), to "horses" (ravens subjected to remain in their raven form permanently and work as beasts of burden)

  • The kingdom's ruler called the kin'u, or the 'golden raven' oversees four provincial lords, from North, South, East, and West, and these four noble houses compete for the throne's favour by sending brides to be wedded into the royal family.

  • A lot of political nuances, from jealous princes with plans to usurp the throne, to the complicated dynamics of the caste system and how it affects the lowest members of society (i.e. one of the worst punishments shown so far in the anime is something called disarticulation: cutting off a raven's third leg while shapeshifted so they can never return to being human again, consequently working them as a horse for the rest of their life)

The moment I thought I could finally have some time to myself, sit down, and just be productive I discovered that, thanks to the last few days of nonstop rain, the ants have infiltrated my home and discovered my slightly sticky honey jar and decided to host a party in my kitchen.

They're finally gone now. But only at the expense of me cleaning the house from top to bottom like a paranoid neat freak until every surface smells like lemon-scented Ajax spray.

Just been nerve-wrecked for the past 6 months, from worrying about my visa status to waiting for almost just as long for the import permit to bring my cat over to my new home, and finally, today I got the permit approved... So happy I'll be seeing my fat boy soon, just two more large hurdles to overcome and I can huff his fat furry belly soon

(I'm going to assume that this is for Jcink, so...)

Using CSS-only tabs is certainly possible with careful usage of hiding and displaying elements using Jcink's Category ID and Forum ID variables. This is because you must make a separate category style to wrap the forum rows you want to be tabbed, and to prevent it from being repeated (remember, CSS tabs require unique IDs) you'll need to add the <!-- |cat_id| --> variable into the input and label IDs to make it tab properly.

All in all, I definitely would say using JS is the much more elegant (and probably preferred) solution but I'm monke brain over Javascript/JQuery and I can only say that confidently in theory, not so much in practice.
