There's hope beyond this lone abyss.
Let's talk favourite words! To use in writing, but also just in general. Any words! They donโ€™t have to be words you find in the dictionary (for example: a typo a friend made once thatโ€™s stuck with you forever) and they donโ€™t have to be English

Iโ€™ll spare the whole list for now but hereโ€™s a few that come to mind: oft, veneer, palimpsest, hiraeth, sheer, defenestrate, skedaddle, tumult, grotesque... and so on and so forth

Love

Genuinely, i love using that word. Not love as in liking something, but love as in the world could use more love. A person that could not love. To be loved, etc. seems like people only save it for something โ€œdeeperโ€. But it always feels weighty esp when people donโ€™t expect it. When you mention it casually. I think itโ€™s a very flexible and underused word

Which surprises nobody if you knew my favorite book is the giver lol. Hasnโ€™t changed for 15+ years apparently.
