My psychiatrist discovered I have a pretty serious Vitamin D deficiency and told me to contact my PCP immediately, but I have no idea how to contact them. They never contacted me again after the initial physical over a year ago. *sweats*

Is...the Wheel of Time kinda sexist?? Like for men and women?? I get the difference between the two is kinda the point of the series, but the amount of stereotypes...

Maybe I'm overthinking it cause I've basically binged the past 12 books.

It's weird for something to be both empowering and demeaning. Idk how to feel or what to think.

i feel the same way about a song of ice and fire. i've been reading the books and there have been many times where i had to sit and pause, and be like........."george please"
