i bit the tongue behind my teeth (it was never good enough for me)
do people become more lactose intolerant with age? gen question. i used to be able to handle milk fine my whole life. now too much gives me stomach aches. :'c

I think technically speaking, we’re all lactose intolerant to an extent? Like assuming we’re talking about cow’s milk, then yeah many of us aren’t able to break milk down in a way that allows us to digest it properly and thus we get sick from it. And then some people lose their tolerance as they age, as well as other intolerances and allergies begin to pop up.
