Waiting to hear back from a school I just applied to! It’s a state college and my grades were/are okay, so I’m confident that I’ll get in. Still, a bit nervous about it. I feel like I’m finally on track for what I’m supposed to be doing, bc everyone around me keeps telling me how good I would be as a special ed teacher. I hope it all pans out.

so glad I learned to stop putting the poison in my mouth in the way of no longer entertaining discussion with people who operate in bad faith, or paying too much heed to communities that thrive on gossip and accusations, and just stopping myself from doomscrolling by simply barely using social media anymore, and so on. This all gives me more time for what’s truly important: drawing characters in cute outfits and playing roguelikes

Why can't you be happy this once instead of just spewing negativity. Cuz when you be pessimistic ( or whatever you could call it ) about it, it's like, to me, it seems as if you want to crush my hopes & dreams. And that hurts the most.
